CBS RADIO'S "AMPLIFY YOUR JOURNEY SWEEPSTAKES" OFFICIAL RULES

The following Sweepstakes is intended for play in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not located in the United States at the time of entry.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

HOW TO ENTER

The Amplify Your Journey Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") will begin on November 5, 2009 at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time ("ET") and end on December 2, 2009 at 11:59:59 pm ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). For purposes of these rules, a Sweepstakes Day shall be a calendar day during the Sweepstakes Period and shall begin at 12:00:01 am ET and will end at 11:59:59 pm ET. All entries must be received by the Administrator by December 2, 2009 at 11:59:59 pm ET.

To enter the Sweepstakes, visit the Amplify Your Journey Micro Site directly at http://www.amplifyyourjourney.com. Entrants will be required to submit their first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, date of birth, and a valid email address in the online entry form as well as their choice for a Daily Prize if they are selected to be a winner (see Daily Prize options below.). Only one (1) internet entry per person/email address is permitted. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Entries submitted will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. The Administrator reserves the right to void all online entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method and to disqualify any individual using such a method. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Administrator. The Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (at least 19 if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska) and who have a valid U.S. driver's license. The Sweepstakes is void outside of these locations and where prohibited by law. Employees of Chrysler Group LLC, CBS Radio, Inc. ("Administrator"), their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, their advertising and promotional agencies, and their participating dealerships (collectively, the "Released Parties"), employees of participating radio stations, and the members of their immediate families and/or households are ineligible to participate or win.

Only one Daily Prize winner per household is permitted in the Sweepstakes during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Entrants are required to provide truthful information and the Administrator will disqualify and make void any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Administrator will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, the Administrator will also delete any entry knowingly received from persons under the age of 13.

PRIZE

Four (4) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize is a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT. MSRP: $24,465 each. MSRP is as of date of printing of these Official Rules. The difference in value of Grand Prize as stated herein and value at time of prize notification, if any, will not be awarded. Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for any applicable vehicle title, license and registration fees, optional equipment, all federal, state and local taxes, insurance, gasoline, vehicle maintenance, all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the Grand Prize. Vehicle will be delivered with standard equipment, as specified by the prize provider. Any additional upgrades and options (including the interior and exterior color) not specified herein are subject to availability and will be the responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize winner must provide proof of insurance and a valid driver's license to take delivery at a dealership of the Administrator's choice on a time or date as mutually agreed upon within 90 days of winning; failure to show same may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

A maximum of two-hundred eighty (280) Daily Prizes (ten (10) Daily Prizes each Sweepstakes Day): Each Daily Prize is the winner's choice of an Apple iPod Nano, the Rock Band video game, or Bose headphones. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $150 each.

Total ARV of all Prizes: $139,860.

There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Administrator may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Decisions of Administrator with respect to the Sweepstakes are final.

Each calendar day from November 6, 2009 to December 3, 2009, the Administrator will select ten (10) potential Daily Prize winners in a random drawing of all eligible entries received through the end of the previous respective Sweepstakes Day. A total of two hundred eighty (280) Daily Prize winners will be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received prior to each Sweepstake Day's drawing. Unless selected as a potential winner, non-winning entrants will be included in each consecutive random drawing if applicable. ENTRANTS IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY NOT WIN A DAILY PRIZE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES MORE THAN ONCE. Potential winners will be notified via telephone on or around the drawing date (or the first business day following the drawing date if drawing date falls on a weekend or holiday) of how to claim the prize or prize certificate and will be required to execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form within ten (10) business days of winning or prize will be forfeited. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize.

Each Thursday from November 12, 2009 through December 3, 2009, the Administrator will select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner in a random drawing of all eligible entries received through the conclusion of the previous Sweepstakes Day. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received prior to each Sweepstake Day's drawing. Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified via telephone on or around their respective drawing dates and will be advised on how to claim the prize or prize certificate. Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form within ten (10) business days of winning or prize will be forfeited. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for any change in email, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants.

CONDITIONS

Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. The winner will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with the winner's full Social Security Number or the equivalent for receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more or for any prizes in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $600 or more. Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent will result in forfeiture of the prize. Such winnings of $600 or more will be reported to the IRS.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, the winner agrees to have the winner's name, voice and likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to the Sweepstakes without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, CBS Radio, in its sole discretion, may require Sweepstakes winner (and any travel companion(s) or guest(s)) to sign a liability release, agreeing to release and hold harmless Chrysler Group, LLC, CBS Radio Inc, and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, their respective officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives and all of their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize and participation in the Sweepstakes.

Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) electronic transmissions or entries that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, misdirected or not received by the Administrator or its agents for any reason, (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries, or for destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone transmissions, damage to entrants' or any person's computer and/or its contents, or causes beyond Released Parties' reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes: (iv) any entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules (all such entries disqualified); (v) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or (vi) any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of a prize.

If for any reason this Sweepstakes cannot be executed as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Released Parties that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or if the Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Released Parties reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes. If Sweepstakes is terminated before the original end date, Administrator will select the winners by random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect online entries received as of the termination time/date, combined with all entries received at games as of the termination time/date. Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify and prosecute any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the participating stations' websites or who enters using any automatic or programmed entry duplication method that is prohibited under these rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR OTHERWISE CORRUPT OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ADMINISTRATOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY, PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Administrator, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Administrator reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

Failure to comply with the Sweepstakes rules may result in an entrant's disqualification solely at the discretion of the Administrator.

For the names of the prize winners send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by January 29, 2010 to the above address marked "Amplify Your Journey Sweepstakes - Winner List." The Official Rules and the Winner List (when completed) shall also be available during regular business hours at the main offices of the Station and may be posted online at http://www.amplifyyourjourney.com.

GOVERNING LAW

By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Administrator in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts for New York.

PRIVACY

By use of the Sweepstakes web site and by entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to the web site Terms of Use Agreement located at HYPERLINK "http://www.amplifyyourjourney.com" http://www.amplifyyourjourney.com and to the use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at http://www.amplifyyourjourney.com.
