CBS Radio's "Tim McGraw’s Big Easy Flyaway" Sweepstakes

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

1. HOW TO ENTER

a. The "Tim McGraw’s Big Easy Flyaway" sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) will begin on Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at 12:01am Eastern Time (“ET”) and end on Monday, November 16, 2009 at 11:59pm ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”)

b. To participate in the Sweepstakes, enter online at http://www.thestreetdate.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Follow the links and instructions to enter and submit your first name and last name, complete address, including zip code, telephone number, date of birth, and a valid email address in the online entry form. Only one internet entry per person and one internet entry per email address is permitted. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Entries submitted will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by CBS Radio Inc. (“CBS Radio”). CBS Radio’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes. All entries must be received by 11:59pm ET on November 16, 2009. Any entry received after this time will not be eligible.

c. CBS Radio is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological problems.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a. The Sweepstakes is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Employees of CBS Radio, its participating radio stations, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, CBS Radio’s advertising and promotional agencies, participating sponsors, and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited

b. Only one winner per household is permitted in this Sweepstakes. Limit one CBS Radio StreetDate promotion winner per household per 90-day period.

c. Entrants are required to provide truthful information and CBS Radio will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. CBS Radio will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements. In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, CBS Radio will also delete any entry knowingly received from persons under the age of 13.

3. PRIZES

a. One (1) Grand Prize: the winner will receive one (1) pair of tickets to Tim McGraw concert in New Orleans, LA on 04/10/10, hotel accommodations for two (2) in the New Orleans area (one room, standard double accommodations), and vouchers valid for round trip airfare for two (2) (winner and guest) from a major airport nearest the winner’s residence as determined by CBS Radio to New Orleans. Grand Prize elements provided by Curb Records. Ground transportation from airport to hotel is the responsibility of the winner, and will not be provided. Prize Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,000, but is subject to change depending upon airfare in effect at time of travel.

b. One (1) First Prize: a Gibson Epiphone guitar. First Prize ARV: $600.

c. Two (2) Second Prizes: a “Tim McGraw Prize Pack” including CD’s and memorabilia. Second Prize ARV: $50 each.

d. All prizes or prize certificates will be mailed to winners at the address provided, upon completion of the Sweepstakes. Prizes may also be picked up at the office of CBS Radio at the address below. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within forty-five (45) days of winning. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. CBS Radio is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

e. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that CBS Radio may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

a. Decisions of CBS Radio management with respect to the Sweepstakes are final.

b. On Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at approximately 10:00am ET, the four (4) potential prize winners will be selected by CBS Radio in a random drawing of all valid entries received.

c. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

d. Winner does not need to listen or be present to win.

e. Potential prize winners will be notified via email on or around Tuesday, November 17, 2009. Phone notification will be used as backup. Winners must execute and return any required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within ten (10) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen by random drawing of all remaining eligible entries. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize.

5. CONDITIONS

a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with the winner’s full Social Security Number or the equivalent for receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more or for any prizes awarded by CBS Radio in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $600 or more. Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent will result in forfeiture of the prize. To the extent a prize winner wins prizes with an aggregate value of $600 or more in multiple contests or sweepstakes conducted by CBS Radio and/or stations owned by the same corporation that owns CBS Radio, the winnings will be reported to the IRS.

b. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Sweepstakes without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, CBS Radio in its sole discretion may require Sweepstakes winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold CBS Radio, its participating radio stations, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the Sweepstakes.

d. If for any reason this Promotion cannot be executed as planned, including, but not limited to, as a result of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of CBS Radio that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, or if the Promotion is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, CBS Radio reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated before the original end date, CBS Radio reserves the right to select the winners by random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect entries received as of the termination time/date or otherwise modify the procedure for selecting winners.

e. CBS Radio, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of CBS Radio’s website. Failure to comply with the rules of the Promotion may result in an entrant’s disqualification and/or forfeiture of any prize or prizes. If CBS Radio makes a good faith determination that an entrant has cheated or committed fraudulent activity in connection with a Promotion, CBS Radio reserves the right to disqualify that entrant from entering and/or winning future Promotions and to prosecute and seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

f. CBS Radio reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Promotion, including, without limitation, the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of CBS Radio, any competition or prize-related event or travel is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, CBS Radio reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the Promotion and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

g. CBS Radio is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of a prize.

h. For a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by November 16, 2009 to “CBS Radio's Tim McGraw’s Big Easy Flyaway – Official Rules,” Attn: Promotions, CBS Radio Interactive Music Group. 40 West 57th St, 15th Floor, New York, NY 10019. For the names of the prize winners send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by January 15, 2009 to the above address marked “CBS Radio's Tim McGraw’s Big Easy Flyaway – Winner List.” The Official Rules and the Winner List (when completed) shall also be available during regular business hours at the main offices of the Station and may be posted online at www.thestreetdate.com.

6. INTERNET SWEEPSTAKES PRIVACY POLICY

a. By use of the Station’s website or by entering the Promotion through the Station’s website, you agree to the website’s Terms of Use Agreement located at http://www.cbsradio.com/info/terms_of_use.html and to the use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at http://www.cbsradio.com/info/privacy_policy.html.
