Jo Ann Haller is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for CBS RADIO, a title she has held since 2008.  She is responsible for all of the Company’s legal affairs, including transactions, regulatory matters and litigation, as well as employment, compliance and other legal policy matters.  Prior to her latest appointment, Haller served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, Discontinued Operations from 2002-2008, where, among other things, she was responsible for the Westinghouse trademark licensing program.

Haller has been a member of the Law Department of CBS Corporation and its affiliated companies (including Westinghouse Electric Corporation) for over 20 years serving in a variety of different roles.  From 2000-2002, Haller was Assistant General Counsel, CBS.com and CBSNews.com, and CBS RADIO.  Prior to that, she spent seven years, from 1993-2000 as Senior Counsel and Assistant General Counsel for Westinghouse’s Energy Systems in the Nuclear Fuels division.  For the two years before, Haller served as Senior Counsel, Antitrust for Westinghouse and her first position at the Company in 1987 was Counsel for Power Generation at Westinghouse in Orlando, FL.

Prior to joining the CBS family in 1987, she was an associate in the litigation section of a Pittsburgh based law firm.

Haller earned a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1980.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1977 from the University of Pittsburgh, majoring in economics and political science.
