AMERICA ONLINE LAUNCHES LEADING INFINITY BROADCASTING STATIONS ONLINE ON RADIO@AOL AND RADIO@AOL FOR BROADBAND
WCBS-FM and WUSN-FM Debut as First of Five Popular Stations, Spanning Formats and Expanding Programming Selection on Number One Internet Radio Service
Dulles, VA - December 10, 2003 - America Online, Inc., the
world's leading Interactive services company, today debuts two leading Infinity
Broadcasting stations to the top-ranked Internet radio services, Radio@AOL and
Radio@AOL for Broadband. New York City's WCBS-FM and Chicago's WUSN-FM
will now be available for an online audience on AOL. In the coming weeks, AOL
will follow up the launches with three additional leading stations, Los
Angeles' KTWV-FM, Washington, DC's WPGC-FM and Chicago's WXRT-FM.

WCBS-FM - New York City's home for
"Motown, Soul & Great Rock n' Roll," WCBS-FM plays the greatest
hits of the '60s & '70s. Take a trip back in time with renowned DJs
Cousin Brucie, Dandy Dan Daniel, Bob Shannon, Norm N.
Nite, among others.
WUSN-FM - Known in Chicago as US
99.5, America's Country Station, WUSN is the most listened-to Country station
in America, according to the latest Arbitron Ratings. US 99.5 plays the
best of new country, with plenty of classics. Fans can listen-in mornings for
Big John's Big Picks, tap in to Trish Biondo's
Nashville Hotline, enjoy their workday with Lisa Dent and Bill Lloyd, or spend
their nights with Bill Garcia and Mike Myers.
In the coming weeks, three additional Infinity
Broadcasting stations will make their online debut:
KTWV-FM - Southern California's
Award Winning radio station, The Wave, pioneered the Smooth Jazz format when it
launched in 1987. The Wave's rich, elegant blend of music mixes
contemporary instrumental jazz with smooth vocals. Artists featured on
The Wave include George Benson, Kenny G, Sade, Luther
Vandross, Dave Koz, Phil
Collins and many more.
WPGC-FM - The greatest hip-hop and
R&B jams from the nation's capital. Listeners can find out what's
happening in DC and hear from all the stars in the entertainment world on the
No. 1 show in Washington, the Donnie Simpson Morning Show.
WXRT- FM - WXRT has been
playing "Chicago's Finest Rock" for more than 30 years. XRT plays an
eclectic mix of the best in rock programming from both "Then and
Now," including anything from an old Bob Dylan song to the latest from
Dylan's son's group, The Wallflowers, with a little bit of Blues, Reggae or
Jazz thrown in. In addition to the traditional rock fare, the station
allows listeners to get up to date with what's new in modern rock on the
"Big Beat," have "Breakfast with the Beatles," un-earth
favorite Dead tunes on the "Grateful Dead Hour," listen to a classic
concert broadcast on "XRT's Eleventh Hour,"
and much more.
