ADAM GOLDFEIN NAMED DIRECTOR, AUTOMOTIVE SALES, INFINITY BROADCASTING
Adam
Goldfein has been named Director, Automotive Sales, Infinity Broadcasting,
it was announced today by Scott Herman, Executive Vice President, Eastern
Region, Infinity.
Goldfein, a 12-year
senior management automotive executive, will provide specialized training and
detailed industry information to Infinity's account executives across the
country with initial emphasis on the New York,
Detroit and Atlanta markets.
He will be based in Atlanta and report to Herman.
"By taking this
category specific approach, we are confident we can provide our clients with a
superior media option and will be able to expand our automotive revenue," said
Herman.
"Our account executives will
have a competitive advantage by understanding the detailed needs of their
automotive clients and having direct access to the resources which will provide
them with detailed marketing solutions."
Goldfein joins
Infinity from Rick Case Auto Group where he served since 2003 as Group General
Manager with responsibility for five automotive dealerships.
Under his leadership, the group was
consistently ranked as the No. 1 or No. 2 Volume Dealer in Georgia.
They were also recognized with the Hyundai
Board of Excellence Award in 2003 and 2004.
Prior to that,
he was Executive General Manager for AutoNation, Inc. (2001-02).
During his tenure, he was honored with the
AutoNation National Award for largest net profit improvement and e-commerce
growth, as well as the DaimlerChrysler Chargers Club Award for Retail Sales and
the Five Star Award for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction.
In addition,
Goldfein was Vice President/General Manager for Westchester Auto Group, LLC
(1993-2001).
Goldfein was
born in New York, N.Y.
He was graduated from Emory
University with a degree
in history in 1990 and received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law
in 1993.
