TWO CBS RADIO COUNTRY STATIONS HONORED WITH
2010 COUNTRY RADIO BROADCASTERS/COUNTRY AIRCHECK AWARDS
WUSN Wins Three Prestigious Awards Including Top Honor, KMPS Wins One
Last week at the Country Radio Seminar (CRS)
winners of the inaugural 2010 Country Radio Broadcasters (CRB)/Country Aircheck
Awards were announced. CBS RADIO’s WUSN-FM,
Chicago won three of the coveted awards, while
KMPS-FM, Seattle
won one award. WUSN was named the Major
Market Station of the Year, in addition to Marci Braun being honored as Major
Market Music Director of the Year, and Lisa Dent & Ramblin’ Ray received
the distinction of Major Market Morning Show of the Year. KMPS’ Lisa Decker was named Major Market
Market Manager/General Manager of the Year.
