Rascal Flatts Takes To CBS Radio Airwaves For The Next Installment Of "Street Date Delivered By AT&T Blue Room" On Tuesday, April 4


Academy of Country Music's "Entertainer of the Year" Nominee Featured In Multi-Platform Campaign That Includes Artist Interviews And Exclusive Listener Promotion


CBS RADIO will highlight the latest release from Rascal Flatts, Me & My Gang, the fourth album from the country trio, in the comprehensive promotional campaign STREET DATE Delivered By AT&T blue room. Nearly 20 CBS RADIO stations will participate in the program beginning on Tuesday, April 4 including Chicago's WUSN-FM, the No.1 most listened to country station, and KILT-FM (Houston), WYCD-FM (Detroit) and KMPS-FM (Seattle), among others.

 

On the day the album is released nationwide (4/4), CBS RADIO will broadcast morning show interviews with Rascal Flatts to coincide with the debut of Me & My Gang. Additionally, listeners from each participating station and visitors to the blue room will have an opportunity to enter "On the Road with Rascal Flatts," for a chance to win tickets to a see a live performance and exclusive access to a private meet and greet with the band following the concert. Band interviews, live performances, and behind-the-scenes footage of Rascal Flatts will be streamed in the AT&T blue room at blueroom.att.com, beginning on the same day.

 

STREET DATE is a powerful platform promoting today's hottest and rising artists through a combination of original programming and exclusive content. Since its inception in October 2004, CBS RADIO's STREET DATE has reached millions of listeners and helped lift album sales in the markets where the program has aired. Last year, the campaign kicked off with Rob Thomas and his solo debut album, "Something To Be." Fifteen artists, including The Rolling Stones, Madonna and Coldplay, were subsequently featured throughout the year. More than 10 of their albums reached No. 1 on the charts in their respective formats.
