CBS Radio Presents "Auto Scoop New York" On-Line And In HD Beginning On Wednesday, April 12
Extension of Popular Weekly "Auto Scoop" Program, New York Edition To Feature Comprehensive Automotive Coverage, Including News Reports From The New York International Auto Show
CBS RADIO announced today it will present AUTO
SCOOP NEW YORK, a compilation of automotive news and
entertainment programming, including the latest information from
the popular Manhattan auto event, beginning on Wednesday,
April 12 and continuing through Sunday, April 16.�
Updated daily, the three-hour program will feature information on
an array of new car designs and debuts, concept cars, interviews
and commentary from automobile manufactures and local
dealerships, as well as a presentation of the 100 Greatest Car
Anthems.
AUTO SCOOP NEW YORK will be streamed live online at www.cbsradio.com
(9:00AM-12:00 Noon) and repeated throughout the day. In
addition, the program will be broadcast daily on 101.1
WCBS-FM's HD 2 channel (12:00 Noon-3:00PM, ET).
CBS RADIO launched AUTO SCOOP in October 2004. The
five-hour weekly program currently airs on more than a dozen CBS
RADIO stations across the country every Saturday morning. AUTO
SCOOP focuses on the process of buying and leasing an automobile
and is aimed at answering those questions that worry listeners
when they go car shopping. Additionally, it provides auto
advertisers with a targeted, educated, and open minded audience
who are in the market to buy/lease an automobile.
