Television’s Most Successful News Program To Be Broadcast Sunday Evenings On The Washington D.C. Station

All News 99.1, WNEW-FM, today announced the addition of America’s #1 news program, “60 MINUTES,” to its Sunday night lineup.  Beginning on December 16, WNEW will broadcast audio of the CBS Television Network’s iconic show from 7:00-8:00 PM (broadcast locally on WUSA-9) expanding the opportunity for residents of Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia to experience the award-winning reporting of 60 MINUTES’ distinguished broadcast journalists.
