Brian Purdy has
been named Senior Vice President and Market Manager for CBS RADIO Houston, it was announced
today by Dan Mason, President and CEO, CBS RADIO.  Purdy will oversee the
Company’s stations in the market (which currently include KILT-AM, KILT-FM,
KKHH-FM and KIKK-AM) in addition to his responsibilities managing CBS RADIO’s
assets in Dallas,
a position he has held since 2004.  The appointment is effective

In addition to its four properties in Houston,
CBS RADIO is in the process of acquiring two other Houston stations, KLOL-FM (Mega 101.1) and
KHMX-FM (Mix 96.5), from Clear Channel Communications, Inc.

“Brian is a terrific market manager who has done an outstanding job positioning
our Dallas
properties as best in class and leaders in the industry,” said Mason.  “Houston’s proximity to Dallas has previously allowed for synergies
we’re not able to realize in some of our other markets.  Now with Brian at
the helm of both operations we’ll be able to fully take advantage of our
resources and the expertise of our employees with greater efficiency. 
Working together we’ll elevate all our assets to an entirely new level.”

Purdy succeeds Laura Morris in Houston.  Morris will
be staying on to assist with the transition.

Prior to joining CBS RADIO, Purdy
was Vice President/Market Manager for Clear Channel’s Dallas operations (2002-03).  He began
his career with Clear Channel in Houston
serving in various capacities, including Market Manager, from 1996-2001.

In a related announcement, Sarah Frazier will serve as Director of Sales for
CBS RADIO Houston. 
In this position, Frazier will be responsible for managing the Company’s
monthly and annual sales objectives for the market, as well as driving strategy
to grow CBS RADIO’s revenue.

For the past five years Frazier has
served as General Sales Manager for CBS RADIO’s KLUV-FM and KMVK-FM in Dallas.  She served
in a similar capacity for Clear Channel in Dallas from 2002-04.  Frazier began her
radio career at Entercom in Kansas
City as an account executive in 1999.  She was
graduated from the University
of Kansas with a degree
in broadcast sales and management.
