Anton Guitano has been named Senior Executive Vice President of Finance and Operations and Chief Financial Officer of CBS RADIO, it was announced today by Dan Mason, President and CEO, CBS RADIO. Guitano most recently served as Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer of the CBS Television Stations Group and is a veteran of the Company for almost three decades. He will be responsible for establishing the financial strategy and direction of the division and overseeing all of CBS RADIO’s financial functions at the local station and corporate level.

Guitano succeeds Walter Berger who will remain with the Company working on special projects under the direction of Fredric G. Reynolds, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CBS.
Mason added, “Walter has initiated numerous actions to improve the performance of CBS RADIO, and was instrumental in developing the division’s digital assets to position us for the future. Guitano, a 29-year veteran of CBS, has held his most recent position at the CBS Television Stations Group for the last two years. He previously held the sole title of Chief Financial Officer from 2003-05. Before that, he was Senior Vice President of Finance for the Group and Vice President of Finance. He also served as Vice President and General Auditor for CBS Inc., Controller for the CBS Television Network, Controller for the CBS Television Stations Group, and as Senior Audit Director, Audit Director and Audit Manager for the CBS Internal Audit Department. He got his start at Price Waterhouse.
Guitano, a graduate of St. Peter’s College, is a Certified Public Accountant who lives in New York City with his wife.
